Simplify Weight Loss & Save Time

Just last week, I was meeting with a client who is struggling to make changes to her diet and felt stuck. She works 2 jobs (1 full time and 1 part time). She is very busy as you can imagine and does not spend much time grocery shopping, prepping food or eating at home. She found that she wasn't able to make the appropriate changes that she needed to because of time constraints that held her back from going grocery shopping.

When changing a diet or routine, we first have to think about access to the variables that will help us MAKE these changes. How will we make change? What do we need to do? Where do we need to go? There are a few steps we need to take before we actually can start to make any changes.

The first step to making any change is to seek assistance. Hi, that is where I come into play! This patient of mine recognized that she needed some help in making dietary changes so she reached out to a professional. If you are considering making any changes to your health and/or diet, book your free 15 min discovery call here to see if we would be a good fit.

After we had our consultation, I realized that she needed an easy and convenient way to gain access to the foods necessary to help her make dietary changes. Since free time was so rare for her while working 2 jobs, she didn't have the time to go out and grocery shop. When she did go grocery shopping, her normal trip would take up to about an hour in her week. Since she didn't have time to get the food she needed, she was grabbing whatever she could at home or outside the house which wasn't helping her hit her goals. Since time was so valuable to her but so is eating for her goals, we found a way to DO BOTH and save time and get the food she needed! This is where GROCERY DELIVERY/PICK UP comes into play!! Have you ever considered ordering all of your groceries online and having them delivered to your door or simply picking them up on your way home from work? That can save you at LEAST an hour not including driving. Some places do not even charge for a delivery fee, but if they do, think of it as the money you would have spent on gas anyways, right? A few large grocers that will deliver or do pickup are Walmart, Target, Stop and Shop, Wegmans, Whole Foods and more. Seriously, make things easier for yourself and start saving time in your week! This will allow you to be able to start making the changes you want to make and allow you to spend your time more efficiently because let's be honest, who really has the time to go shopping every single week?? In this case, the grocery delivery service was the missing piece for this client to start making changes to her diet.

So, are you being efficient with your grocery shopping or are you spending hours driving there, shopping and driving back? If you just had a lightbulb moment and want to gain more tips and tricks like this, book your initial consultation with me so I can get to know you better and cater the best nutrition plan to you!
